I cannot recommend the Inner Child Healing retreat more highly. It has been life changing for me, All of the pain, trauma and beliefs of my past have been released and let go, rather than live my life in fight, flight or freeze and procrastination living with chronic illness I can now breath and move forward. After being back in the UK for 3 days I have achieved more in that time than the last two years, above all I no longer live with trauma, pain or fear my heart , body and soul have had a reset, a rebirth I now see life through the eyes of a baby or child, there is so much love, light and wonderment.
